What I do
I've worked as entrepeneur and consultant for digital products/services for more than 8 years.
Specialities: Developing and testing new business models, building high-performance teams and setting up scalable organizations.
With Singularity Ventures, I help companies to ideate, validate and build sustainable digital business models:
1) Idea Generation
The best business ideas have 3 properties: They solve a significant problem, they are scalable due to the use of technology and they fit the existing capabilities of the company. As a result, I am a firm believer in co-creation: Leveraging the power of industry experts within the company and matching them with innovators from outside.
My Offer:
Organizing ideation workshops using Design Thinking (subject matter experts, e.g. for blockchain or AI, available on request) and steering the idea generation process from start to finish.
2) Validation
The amount of time, money and nerves that have been wasted in the process of building products which nobody wanted is hard to overstate. Luckily, the lean startup movements developed effective tools and procedures to reduce waste significantly.
My offer:
Identifying the critical assumptions of the business model and validating them in a fast and cost-efficient manner.
3) Venture Building
Once a model has been validated, it's all about execution. Acquiring customers, establishing scalable operations and, most importantly, hiring a brilliant team that will succesfully navigate the difficult waters of starting a new company.

Setting up a new company from scratch and building a team of A-Players who will lead the company to success.
Who I am

I founded my first company, a smartphone app
with over 1 million users, while doing my masters degree
at Rotterdam School of Management. Ever since, I have been
in love with technology and entrepreneurship. During the last
years, I was fortunate enough to be involved in numerous ventures,
digital projects and to work with outstanding people along the way.
Over the next years, I want to continue building impactful ventures,
change to the investment side at some point
and eventually take all these experiences to build the world's best
education program for entrepreneurship.
